The Beginning

Bowline Health was born out of a desire to fill the existing gaps in traditional addiction treatment and recovery services. 

Building a Strong Foundation

We understand that each recovery journey is unique and that everyone requires individualized support to achieve lasting recovery and well-being. With this in mind, we set out to create a new system of care, focused on professional recovery coaching.

Located in Calgary, Bowline Health has grown to become a pivotal player in the recovery landscape. Our journey began with a small team of passionate recovery coaches who shared a common goal: timely, on-demand support to individuals struggling with addiction. 

This led to the creation of our state-of-the-art virtual Recovery Coaching Navigation Centre, which serves as the cornerstone of our operations.

Expanding Our Reach

Recognizing the importance of accessibility, Bowline Health has strategically expanded its services across Alberta. Our recovery coaches provide essential care and support for participants on waitlists for recovery communities.

We also provide continuing care for individuals leaving recovery communities. Our recovery coaches are there every step of the way to help individuals reintegrate into their communities, providing support and encouragement as required.

Innovative Approaches

Our virtual Recovery Coaching Navigation Centre is a testament to our commitment to innovation. The centre provides timely assistance through virtual support services. Wherever participants are, they’re never more than a phone call or a message away.

We’re excited to expand our reach even further. With Medicine Hat, Lethbridge, Red Deer, and Grande Prairie in the upcoming years, we are committed to making our recovery-oriented services accessible to even more individuals in need.
